PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Together with our clients we took on the challenge to renovate a 30 year old ruin. To transform it into a timeless and luxurious villa by using quality materials and creating a contemporary look. A more logical, new floor plan was created to make the most of the spaces, the unique natural light and the terrace with sea view. The overall renovation consisted of a full renovation of walls, interior walls and water pipes. The villa is fully equipped with new electricity and a professional lighting plan.
