Project Description
For this property on Avenida Denia in Altea, we completed a combined extension and renovation. Approximately 75% of the house consists of new construction, while the remaining 25% of the existing structure was fully modernised and renovated. The façade structure was also renewed to achieve a contemporary look.
The home is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, and after completion the property achieved an energy label A.
