Daniel Groen — Administrative Partner
Daniel has been part of the company as an administrative partner since 2006. He is responsible for direct communication with clients, acquiring new projects, and overseeing all office-based activities.
With over 20 years of experience as an independent contractor in the construction sector, he brings a comprehensive technical and organizational perspective. Originally from the Netherlands, he has lived in Spain since 2005, where he combines his extensive experience with a service-oriented approach and customer satisfaction.

Jan Van Bergenhenegouwen — Partner and Operations Manager
Jan is a partner in the company and has a solid background in the construction industry, with many years of independent experience before joining the team. He oversees the company’s operational side: he coordinates work, manages material procurement, and directs the work crews.
His daily presence on projects ensures efficiency, compliance, and high-quality execution. Originally from the Netherlands, he brings a practical, direct, and highly professional approach to every project.

Helaine Tavares Groen — Finance and Human Resources Manager
Helaine has been with the company since its founding in 2017. She heads the finance department and is also responsible for human resources, including payroll, personnel management, and internal administrative procedures.
With previous experience as an independent contractor, she brings organization, accuracy, and structure to internal operations. Her work ensures transparent financial management and a well-coordinated work environment.

Oksana Sidorovich — Administration and Accounting
Oksana is part of the administration and accounting team and is responsible for document management, internal procedures, daily accounting tasks, and general support for the various departments.
Her work ensures smooth, organized, and efficient administrative processes and is a vital pillar for the company’s smooth operation.
